1. Who we are

DotTower ("we") sells domain names from our own portfolio. Every name listed on dottower.com is registered to us or to an entity we control.

2. Listings and prices

Prices are in US dollars and exclude any registrar transfer or renewal fees charged by your registrar. A "Buy now" price is a firm price. "Offers from" states the minimum offer we consider; an offer is an invitation to negotiate, not a contract, until we confirm acceptance in writing.

3. Payment and escrow

Payments are made through Escrow.com. Funds are released to us only after you confirm control of the domain. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, we pay the Escrow.com fee; the price shown is the amount you pay, excluding any charges of your own bank or registrar.

4. Transfer

After payment is secured we provide the authorization code or push the domain to your account at our registrar within 2 business days. You agree to complete the transfer within 10 days of receiving the code; if you do not, Escrow.com's inspection rules apply.

5. Warranties

We warrant that we have the right to sell the domain and that it is free of liens. We make no representation about trademarks in your jurisdiction; you are responsible for checking that your intended use does not infringe third-party rights.

6. Refunds

Once a domain has been transferred and you have confirmed control, the sale is final.

7. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes are resolved by the courts of Seoul, without prejudice to Escrow.com's dispute process for the escrowed funds.
