How buying a domain works

  1. Choose. Buy at the listed price, or make an offer from $5,000. We answer every offer within one business day.
  2. Pay into escrow. You pay Escrow.com, a licensed escrow service. We never hold your money.
  3. Receive the domain. We give you the authorization code or push the domain to your account at our registrar. Your registrar completes the transfer.
  4. Confirm. You confirm the domain is yours; Escrow.com releases the funds to us.

Timing

.si names transfer within one business day. If you have a Spaceship account we push the name to it instantly; otherwise we hand you the authorization code and your registrar completes the transfer, usually the same day.

Fees

We pay the Escrow.com fee, so the price shown is what you pay. Your bank may charge for an international wire, and your registrar may charge its usual transfer or renewal fee.
